Please read these terms carefully before using ARCHIEL Finance. This is experimental testnet software — use accordingly.
Testnet software. ARCHIEL Finance runs entirely on the Arc Network testnet. Tokens used across the platform (USDC, ARCL, REGAR, EURC, cirBTC, and all Stable FX synthetics) are testnet assets with no real-world monetary value. Nothing on this platform should be treated as a real financial product.
By connecting a wallet to or otherwise using ARCHIEL Finance (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
ARCHIEL Finance is an independent, solo-built experimental DeFi protocol on the Arc Network testnet, offering a Swap/AMM, Liquidity Pools, Staking, a Vault, Lending & Borrowing, Futures/Perpetuals trading, Stable FX synthetic trading, a Cross-Chain Bridge (CCTP), an internal non-custodial Wallet, and Misaki, an AI assistant. It exists for building, testing, and demonstration purposes, including participation in builder incentive programs such as Arc House.
The smart contracts powering ARCHIEL Finance have not undergone a formal third-party security audit. They are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ARCHIEL Finance does not custody your assets or private keys. All transactions are executed directly from your connected wallet (or the app's internal client-side wallet) to the Arc Network blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We cannot reverse transactions, recover lost keys, or refund lost funds.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks, among others inherent to DeFi and blockchain technology in general:
Misaki can prepare and, with your explicit human-in-the-loop confirmation, submit on-chain transactions on your behalf via your connected wallet. Misaki's responses are generated by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intent. You are responsible for reviewing every transaction Misaki prepares before confirming it — ARCHIEL is not liable for actions taken based on Misaki's output.
Nothing on ARCHIEL Finance — including token prices, APY figures, market data, or anything said by Misaki — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions when interacting with the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARCHIEL Finance and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of testnet funds, data, or any other intangible losses.
As a solo-developed, actively-iterated project, ARCHIEL Finance and these Terms may change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
